Shadow and support the Moonsift founders and learn everything there is to learn about running an early-stage VC-backed B2C AI startup through the Seed-Series A stage.

We’re looking for someone who can demonstrate they are:

• Extremely self-motivated, a self-starter
• Resilient, determined, goes the extra mile
• Intelligent, a fast learner, growth mindset
• A great communicator: good at empathising with the reader/listener, can be persuasive, writing comes naturally to you, visual communication is a real bonus (e.g. clean design and presentation)
• Not afraid of numbers (as in you don’t need to love numbers, but you should be capable)
• Creative thinker, will find a solution

This might suit:

• Someone with 2-5 years of experience e.g. in a consultancy, law firm, big retailer or other graduate role who realises that corporate life is not for them and wants to have a real impact
• Someone who has worked at another startup (perhaps earlier or later stage) and wants to experience the Seed-Series A journey through the eyes of a founder
• Someone who has done an MBA and wants to get paid to experience the Seed-Series A journey before embarking on a similar journey themselves
• Someone who is thinking about doing an MBA and realises they can get paid to learn twice as much in a role like this rather than paying to learn half as much
• Someone straight out of university who has proven themselves at a top university and through internships

This role has the potential to evolve in time / after a future funding round - such as into Chief Operating / Product Officer or a growth-focused role.

Compensation will be based on experience:

£25-50k + options
